This custom covered patio has some great upgrades. Outdoor kitchen, with sink and refrigerator, stone footers, TV Wall, lighting, fans, and endless room to hang out.
These customers are a great example of how thorough we want to be when we serve clients. They initially found us by clicking one of our Facebook ads, and we began talking with them in the spring. The Saginaw, Texas permitting process involved several trips to court and months of revisions and back and forth with the city. We never gave up, and handled it for the homeowner every step of the way. The final project was completed in late fall, so we and the homeowners worked together for the better part of a year.
The photos simply don’t do justice for how large this space really is. We made the most of the available space, without removing the two large shade trees in the backyard (which are a huge help blocking the hot, west-setting summer sun).
The homeowners can now cookout on their custom outdoor kitchen, stay warm around one of their two fire tables, or rest and relax in their hot tub on a starry night.
